Can't get camtool to show up in app bar

So I installed camtool as per the instructions. I check the box in the apps section of content manager. But in the game it's not on the app bar with everything else. I'm running latest csp preview 1.78 I think it is. Tried it with older builds aswell but doesnt work either.
