Cant install new patch

I keep trying to install new CSP via CM and unfortunately it keeps not being able to write to dwrite.dll and I have attempted deleting the file and folder but something keeps making the folder read only. How to fix?

Install manually. Copy "dwrite.dll" and folder "extension" into your rootfolder of AC.

I have tried manually deleting it but unfortunately it keeps complaining that I don't have permissions to delete it and the folder is read only and it keeps reverting back to read only. only way I can do anything is moving it from my hard drive to ssd.

So check permissions of your AC folder. Maybe you've installed it as admin and now your just a regular user. If you dont have write permissions there is smtg wrong for sure. But that isnt an issue of CSP, its an issue with the rights of your folder installation.
