Can't join a server on my own network

Hi there
First, I want to apologize for my English, it is for sure not perfect but I hope you understand what I am trying to say.

For the last four days, I have been trying to set up an ac server via the content manager server tab on my network, for me and my father. I want to host and access the server on my computer, and my father is on another machine, but on the same network. I can see the server on the LAN tab (my father can see it too), but I and my father cannot join it (pictures below). I tried to disable NAT on my router, installed Microsoft loopback and opened the ports on my firewall, I tried to join with a VPN and hostet another server via the asseto corsa server manager app... Still, it just doesn't work... I have been trying this for 4 days now and I am out of ideas .. Any recommendations on what I could do? (I also don't get any error messages whatsoever)...

In the server folder in steamapps/assetto corsa, where you also find the server manager, should be some log files.
Read through them, you should find your player name trying to connect and then the server will give some feedback about why the join wasn't okay.

Did you activate booking or something?

In the server folder, the sub-folder at the top should contain a "server_cfg.ini" and "entry_list.ini".

Upload them both here in the thread and I'm sure people will look into them and maybe find the issue

I'm currently away from home, so the folder names etc are a bit vague, sorry..

Hi, first thanks for your answer, this really helped and your folder names were perfect by the way . I'm sorry could have come up with this idea myself... Right so I looked into my log file and there seems to be a problem, but I can't tell what's causing it. So it would be great if somebody could look into this for me.
