Can't make cockpit adjustments

Not sure why , I noticed today when trying to make cockpit adjustments nothing moves . I select the Helmet app on right side the app opens cockpit settings as it should but when I click on any of the adjustments nothing happens just a message , ( save needed ) .I do save and still nothing . I can drive the car fine . Just cant make in car adjustments. Any ideas?

Press F1 once to change camera to cockpit. You're in the >1.5 fixed dash view.

Check if you have any headtracking software installed on your pc. I had one (Trinus VR to use my phone as VR) and I had the same problem as you until I uninstalled it.
