Can't make thread, "You have insufficient privileges to post threads here" on assetto corsa mods forum

So i'm making a track mod for assetto corsa. I would like to post WIP.

The thing is that i can't make threads on assetto corsa mods forum. It shows this:
"You have insufficient privileges to post threads here."

What i need to create a thread to post my WIP project?

The "<GameName> Mods" forums are only for the support threads of uploaded mods and are auto generated by the site. Discussion and WIP usually goes in the main forum or in larger forums like the AC one the 'Modding Discussions' forum
