F1 2013 Can't save game

The weird bug that won't let you save game in F1 2012 is back in F1 2013 or it's just me? Yesterday I installed two mods and now I can't save my game. Reinstalled the game and nothing... What I can do? D: I can record a video if you need to

In the entire game, the graphic settings, controller settings, carrer, TT times...

Have you disabled synchronization to the steam cloud? This caused issues with 2012 and was never fixed, so try turning it off it maybe the issue still isn't fixed
