Can't see option for Motion smoothing anymore

Hello guys,

i've recently needed to format my pc and since then, i can't see anymore the option to turn on motion smoothing inside steamvr options..it's gone..

do i need to install some software to enable this option, or some kind of plugin or similar ? i'm 100% sure the option was there before resetting my pc
