Can't start game - crash at launch

Hi guys I used to run GSC on Steam with no problem, but last weekend I deleted all stuffs because I felt I had too many mods. So I did an re-installation, but now the game crashes at launch all the time. Also it gives no response if I try to open the configuration tool.
I don't know where to submit a crash report so I'm seeking help here. I try to attach to crash dump file but the website doesn't like it.

Problem sovled by re-installing and check local game cache a few times... It's working fine now.
