try a different approach:
is it me, or are the capri rs physics crap ?
I don`t like criticising peoples work, but this mod is ridiculous.

Well saying it is crap doesn't give us much details in helping you to identify the problem.
Tell us what you experience as wrong instead.

well I am new to Rfactor and geting on a bit age wise, but I find the capri rs and the worldcs1975 class gto unrealistic.
so have removed them, will stick with historic mod, now I know how to add more cars.
but thanks for the reply.
