Car Modification issues

For some reason whenever i modify a car in blender and try to run it in kseditor the part I modify becomes transparent, and the car gets blown up to 100x its size. This is the fourth time and fourth different car this has happened to me with. the cars work beforehand and never work after. I use free modifiable models so its not encryption and i don't know what I'm doing wrong and at this point I'm getting tired of the ****ing bullshit that assetto keeps throwing at me. Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it?

There's scale on the parts once you have them in Blender, dunno for what's the reason is for that (maybe whatever tool you use to decrypt the kn5s). Get rid of the scale value, easiest probably to just do a "Apply Scale" to everything before you export to fbx.
No idea what's with the transparency, you probably lose the original material name (which with it's values & settings is saved in the persistence ini file)
