Car physics suddenly gone weird?

So I'll try to explain as best I can, I recently installed a mod from ACFL which is supposed to change the car physics for only ACFL specific cars.

It seems however that it's affected all of my cars physics, it feels like I'm driving on ice or something when at high speeds, and is far too stiff at low speeds.

I've tried a fresh reinstall and still no good, any advice is appreciated.

Just bumping the thread:

Okay so I think I've found the solution, it turns out that my Logitech G-Hub drivers were recently updated. What I basically did was uninstall and reinstall G-Hub and the drivers completely and voila, it seems to have restored the physics back to how they were before.
