Car selection issue for race with Content Manager

Having an issue when I choose a specific number of car types for a race the CM doesn't put those exact numbers of cars in the race. For example if I choose two Vipers and one Ferrari 512 and two Porsche GT3 RS, when I go to race I don't get the exact number car types I specified under the Candidates screen. It seems the CM simply looks at the total number of race opponents and puts whatever combination it wants regardless of the number of Porsches or Ferraris I select.

In previous versions of the CM the cars werent combined in groups, each car even if it was the same car was its own entry under Candidates

Anyone know what Random Chance Multiplier is and how to disable it ?

I've set Arrange Way to shuffle and random, didn't make a difference.

Nope, you can edit the list and define that you want 2x A, 3x B and so on.

Cloning the car prevents the CM from grouping the same car type together, it also seems to prevent the randomness that the CM was applying to my AI car list previously.
