Car specific problem

Hi all I am currently painting a 2005-2006 BTCC mod using the existing BTCC 01-04 and BTCC 2007-2011 mods by combining them.

All is great apart from the Astra Coupes as when I am in TV view they do this...

ONLY with the Astra Coupe and ONLY in TV cam?

Please help, I have no clue where to start
