Car stops

I'm new to the game so maybe it is a stupid question, but since today my car turns of when i spin. I can't get it to start again. I used ignition and start button but to no prevail. Also the little map left on the screen is gone.
Can somebody please help me?

the default key for the trackmap is numpad 0.do you use autoclutch?if you dont and spin you will stall the car if you dont press the clutch yourself.not all cars are able to be restarted if you stalled, mainly the f1 style cars
