F1 2015 Car updates?

Are the new car updates race-specific or are they for all grands prix?

I think they apply for all Grand Prix as soon as the patch is applied. However, it will seem like some are track specific, i.e. a lower powered car will feel much worse at Suzuka as opposed to Marina Bay for instance.

How come the sauber nose has not been updated in the ps4 patch and the one which we are going to get in PC?

Sauber didn't want it updated. Any news on when we might get the new car shapes and liveries on PC?
