I have got a contract to drive for ferrari, I was in Hockenheim then. When I accept the contract they accepted me to drive in hungary. Is that normal?

Yes, it is normal in this game.

You may get multiple contract offers throughout the season, which you can refuse. If you accept any of them, then you change to the new team mid-season

IIRC, the only contract offer that doesn't switch you mid-season is if you beat your rival

So how can you switch team mid season?

You'll get an email message containing the offer, then you make your choice whether to accept it or not.

You cannot fish for offers yourself, you just have to wait for an offer (or offers) to come your way.

Kevin, in the previous post above tells you how to get a guaranteed offer from the team YOU want ..... choose a rival from the the team you want to join, and beat him.
