F1 2017 Career mode - 2nd to 1st driver

Hey everyone,

I want to start a career with Renault alongside one of my favorite drivers - Nico Hulkenberg. I can select him as my teammate when I start career mode, but if I would happen to get promoted to 1st driver, will Hulkenberg still be my teammate?

anyone else not having faster sector times count? i guess this is the rivalry technically, but i'ts annoying

Faster sector times don't count anymore. Personally, in 2016 I found that rather annoying.
