Career mode detailed editor

After reading @Patrik Marek 's suggestion about a deeper career mode, I was thinking:
why not having an editor where we can actually create a "tree" where to place every Racing Series we like? This way we could expand the official Kunos career mode or create our own.

— tier 2, Formula Predator's — Griiip — Legend Cars — Skip Barber — XXX — YYY
....
— tier 6, GT4 — TCR — WTCC — Britcar — BTCC — XXX — YYY
— tier 7, GT3 — LMP3 — F3 FIA Formula 3 — Formula E — WRC 3 — XXX
— tier 8, GT2 — LMP2 — F2 FIA Formula 2 — WRC 2
— tier 9, LMP1 — WRC
— tier 10, Formula 1

Obviously I put these Series in the tiers having modding in mind, the order may also vary.

Would be interesting to add: Sponsors for each tier and Racing Series we create, so the modding community could create the real sponsors. The same for trophies.
A 3D/cinematic podium celebration would be cool to give more life-like atmosphere.

As I wrote in my first suggestion, for each Racing Series we create, there's an editor to customize rules.
Of course, one of the key points is to have Safety Car to deploy... (@Vipla_Dare )
