PC2 Career suddenly completely gone - over 700 hours lost

Tried to play a couple days ago, and when I opened up the game, it was like it was a completely new install. My career was completely gone. I've tried uninstalling/re-installing, Steam Cloud, everything I can find. Started a new career, changed some settings, etc., closed the game, opened it back up, and nothing. Gone again. Anyone have any ideas what is going on? I've even tried to do it with my anti-virus shut off (Avast Free) and Windows Defender disabled. Nothing seems to work. There were no changes to my PC, with the exception of re-installing TrackMania2, but I have since uninstalled that, still to no avail. Nothing is working for PCars2.

All of your settings are saved in "Documents\Project CARS 2", so check that folder and insert a backup of it, if needed.
