Tracks Carrieres de Beez track

I have converted this track from rfactor and it's now finished. the problem is I'm having trouble contacting the original track maker to get release permission.
The track maker is called NeelJ. I emailed him but I've had no reply in over 4 weeks. Maybe it's an old email. Do you know how I can get in touch with NeelJ, thanks.

Iirc he hasn't give any permissions so far for conversions. He wants to do them himself (with Rainmaker).
But anyways he releases his tracks at Nogrip. Try to contact him there.

His conversions are pretty awful. I wouldn't bother, just start from scratch if you are committed to the project.

Solitude is one of his tracks. The AC version is truly dreadful. Looks and drives like something from Mario Kart.
