Cars do not go faster then 285 kmph

Last week I bought Rfactor2.
I have only been busy with setups and installations.
I also got the Le Mans circuit and the Endurance Pack.
Now all cars do not go faster then 285 kph. I have tried everything.
What do I do wrong?

Make sure on the screen that displays the car in the large hangar, that you choose the tuning button. Then from the options at the upper left, right choose the LM24hr aero package.(not sure of the name) Finally BEFORE LEAVING THAT SCREEN, choose force setup on all cars. That will ensure everyone is using the low downforce LM24 aero.

This. And then find the following line to make the AI use your assigned in-garage setup:

"Fixed AI Setups":true,
"Fixed Setups":true,

They may be bit fields now, can't remember (i.e. 0 or 1), if so, just set them to 1. You may need to exit and re-enter the weekend after assigning the setup for it to work.

Thanks guys for the support.
But there is no aero package available. Only Mirror and cockpit tv camera upgrades.
Where can I get these files?

then you are viewing the wrong car I would think, or it has not updated as it should have.
