Cars get stuck in 1st gear

Recent issue, the sim has always worked great for me, but last few days I have had an issue where the game gets randomly stuck in 1st gear. It isn't an issue with the shifters, anyone else have this issue?

Yeah, people with fanatec are having bad time

Someone just gave me the suggestion to use custom wheel instead of the fanatec default. It worked
