F1 2013 Car's top speed.

I made little test yesterday. I played Spa Belgium,on time trial with different teams. I used same settings (regular one). Top speeds are:

Red Bull - 313 kph
Mercedes - 319 kph
Ferrari - 319 kph
McLaren - 319 kph
Lotus - 314 kph

Rest of the teams I didn't test. Does that mean,Ferrari,McLaren and Mercedes have same acceleration also? Are they completely equal?

the cars are not equal in TT. they all have slightly different handling. Just because 4 of them all have the same top speed doesn't make them equal in other ways.

The top speed of a car is determined by the 7th gear. When you go to your car setup, on gear box put all of then to the right. This will increase the car top speed
