CART Extreme?

I downloaded the CART Extreme car mod and loaded the CART extreme folder from the vehicles folder of the download into the the vehicles folder in AMS, but they are not appearing among the cars that I can select. What have I done wrong? Thank you for your assistance.

Extract the gamedata folder into the root directory of AMS. That's it.
