This setup are really good for all cars but we can find 4 Different groups.

First Group :

Ferrari : 1:22.251
Mercedes : 1:22.562

Second Group :

RedBull : 1:22.900
Williams: 1:22.935

Third Group :

Lotus F1 : 1:23.912
Sauber F1 : 1:23.938
Toro Rosso : 1:23.965
Force India : 1:24.005

Last Group :

McLaren : 1:25.062
Manor F1 : 1.25.962

Comments :

I have a good feeling with 8 Teams but i have less grip with Force India and have a hard direction with the McLaren ( you can keep your tyres 3 laps more in Grand prix for a great 2 stops strategy ).

The times are released in Qualify session !

I use the gamepad on PS4 with Traction Control and auto Gearbox ON

Sorry if I am not allowed to ask a question in a thread like this (I made a setup here above at least!)
I'm just wondering one thing. Why the high wings? It's really not necessary , I don't say it's wrong, I just think it slows down your times considerably. I don't mean to be an ass, so please forgive me.
The times for my setup , I'm not that proud of, I have done better and I know I can. But I don't even need 3/2 in wings, it's strange with CM's , cause they go from 1-11 in wings, but it's only on Monaco and Hungary that you need more than 2/1 or perhaps 3/2 .

Just a tip, if reduction of wings take place, usually a few seconds is found (when you drive without aids etc), and other sites I visit incorporate this into their setups.

I also agree that Catalunya is a track where wings is needed just a little bit extra.
Great that there are some setups here now! I'm just trying to help, if I'm clumsy please just delete my comment.

Thanks everyone!

Notes

The Ferrari has a pretty lose rear, which doesn't help to get a good and stable setup.
A 1.21,616 is bot bad, but i lost a tenth or two due to the twitchy rear.
To get it a bit more stable, i had to use more wings than normal.

I drive with a T500 Intergrale on PC without any assists

Notes

A 1.20,848 was a good time and this put me into P15 on the PC Leaderboards

The Mercedes had such an awesome handling in comparison to the Ferrari that it was no surprise to get a lap out which was almost a second quicker.
The turn in and the mid corner grip is so good, that you can use less wing to get better straight line speed
