Probably because you don't have the mods installed. If you don't have the right content, you will not see the servers.

Yes my game was set to show servers that I had all the DLC for. I only downloaded the stuff I was using e.g didn't get the LHD Caterham so all good now.

@Denis, could you please export and upload the server setttings of the race (track, car list, track quality, time, a.s.o, ...).?
This would allow me (and others) to practice against AI in the exact same context...
