Centering Spring (re-re-re-visited?)

Hello,
I was playing with the setting a bit recently and was curious to see how many do or do not use it in RBR. And by that I mean have it enabled in game and in windows (and set higher than 0). One thing I don't like about it is it's either on or off. In Colin McRae Rally 2005 for instance, if you set it like 25% in windows and enable it ingame, it'll be 25% ingame.

when I used to play RBR I had MS sidewinder FFB wheel so no centering spring setting for me .. now I always play with centering spring off ..
Steering wheel should center itself by forces applying from road to car wheels so no need for another centring mechanism ..

I hear ya. Every so often for some reason I feel the need to muck around with settings. Seems to cause more problems than it helps, but I can't help myself.
