change force feedback for indiividual cars?

some cars are good strength of ffb but some have way to little and is not fun to drive so can you change the strenght of forcefeedback for certain cars?

Yes, and I think the easiest way is to use the +/- keys on the numeric keypad to adjust it while on track...

Yes, the app for that is in the right hand menu in game, the pictogram is a driving wheel. the new setting will be saved automatically.
