Change rFactor port settings

Hi - I want to run a dedicated server on a different PC to the PC I boot the game on. I understand that rFactor requires port forwarding from the router and I have setup the router to port forward to the PC I run the game on as per: https://portforward.com/rfactor/

To run the dedicated server on a separate PC, I need it to run on different ports, since the router cannot forward from the same port to two different devices. I have found the settings for the UDP ports in the Multiplayer.ini file and have changed them to: 34298, 34398. Where do I find the setting for the TCP port to change that?
