Change time of day and weather?

Hello guys!

Am i blind? Probably, but i can't for the life of me see where to change time of day and weather. Doing a bit of time trial to get a feel for the sim but wanted to go night time and with a bit of rain to spice things up.

EDIT: Also damage "visual only" (no real damage) doesnt seem to be visual only. Just blew my engine and got suspension damage with superkart.

I think conditions are fixed in time trial mode, you might need to do a test day or race weekend to change time & weather.

Yep time trial conditions are fixed to ensure the leaderboards don't favor tweaked weather. Any other race format lets you customize.
