Changing Background Colour of Content Manager ?

As the title says ... is it possible to change the background colour ???

Its dark on black atm and its really hard to see the content because of where the screen sits

The screen directly infront of me is the best option but the screens on the side I find it hard to see.

Any suggestions ??

Wowsers Hoksu, I've been killing my color printer on that dark background and in addition, I can barely read the settings. Now, I've changed the background to light and I can read it fine, make a great documentation printout, etc. Mucho THANKS!!!
