Changing Car/Driver Performance

Hello all,

Been trying to find the answer to this everywhere but can't seem to find it (sorry if this has been asked before!) but is there a way to change the performance of certain cars so that the gap between AI is closer or you can decide which cars perform better than others? Thanks!

Yes. You basically create a virtual driver and add talent to each driver.
It would take me a long time to explain step by step but you can find more info here and in the official forum.
There's a youtube video somewhere on how to create virtual drivers and a post in the official forum that explains talent paramenters.
