F1 22 Changing the OSD graphics

Hello everyone.
First of all, sorry for my english.
I wanted to change the OSD graphics.
I read somewhere that OSD files are in flow_race.erp. I've looked through it many times but I don't see the frame that I indicated in the photo on the left.
I want to do as I did in Photoshop - photo, right side.
