I am looking for a nice ( read not too bumpy) version of Circuit de la Sarthe as it was in the 90's to race there with the Group C cars.

He seems to be involve with the 1967 version, I am looking and interested in 1990’s version, or am I missing something?

You're missing the 90s Le Mans he has on his Youtube channel, but that version is very bumpy. No idea if there will be improvements in the future.

Probably the version I already have then, it looks good, if you put the heavy clouds, the lights around the tracks are visible, nice touch. But the road mesh is very rough.
