Circuit de la Sarthe V3 night not working

For some reason I Circuit de la Sarthe V3 night option are not any different than the day.
Any chance anyone knows what could be the issue?
Sol 1.31
and a variety of custom shaders.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe because "Circuit de la Sarthe V3" is not a known track, whats the folder name of it in "steam...\common\content\tracks" ?
there are only 3 mans known to man:

ok so you have the config already, they get broken or downloaded wrong easily, maybe try right click and install now again

also you maybe have the lightningFX disabled? thats what makes the light stuff in the first place...

you must set a night time, you can also set a date (disable "Real conditions" for that; some tracks are white in winter)

Also there are controls in sol_weather app to change time or date during game

reinstalling the shaders patch did it, Thank you!
By any chance you can say to the CM people that there is a kid that made a donation for the CM key and have not gotten anything? where we come from his donation is a lot of money.
