To get these suit, gloves, cap and boots in career mode you have to replace the files 2019-race team-xxx file by the corresponding files from this package (xxx is for livery, cap, boots or glove). These files are located in the following erp files:
..\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\F1 2019\2019_asset_groups\animation_package\scenes\incardriver\2019\incardriver_f1.erp
..\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\F1 2019\2019_asset_groups\animation_package\scenes\frontend\2019\frontend_drivers_f1.erp

But you will have a problem because the sponsors logos of the team will be added over the suit and glove. To avoid this, you have first to extract from this erp file the following textures :
1990-prost_logo_01_d
1990-prost_logo_01_n

Then replace the following files by them:
2019-race team_glove_logo_d by 1990-prost_logo_01_d
2019-race team_glove_logo_n by 1990-prost_logo_01_n
2019-race team_logo_d by 1990-prost_logo_01_d
2019-race team_logo_n by 1990-prost_logo_01_n

This will also afect your team mate....

Obviously, before any change, please back up all the files you will replace (extract the texures).

thank you it quite works but i think i did something wrong because the driver suit in not in a high resolution and the gloves didn't work

by the way if Can't help me i want to thank you , you did a fantastic job now i am driving in carrear mode with my favorite team with the classic mclaren livery mod and the best race suit just thank you for all the suport i really really thank you

Have you correctly set the path to the game in EEA settings???? And did you change all the 2019-mclaren files in the both erp files has explained?

You have to replace all the files even if the preview in EEA show you the good texture...

Just for information, the boots won't be good because it seems that mclaren use a different format of the career one, so the texture will be a little messed, but just for you. For your teamate, as every driver has personnal cap, boots and glove, they won't be affected. If you want original driver to have the good cap and boots, you have to change the files of the driver, in that case for exemple: lando_norris_cap_xx and lando_norris_boots_xx...

I try on my game own and everything works fine as you can see below: (i haven't change the caps)
