Get latest media tool, it was updated recently and incorporates latest Netframe update
Even if you have MediaCreationTool2004 download the tool do it again, delete the old one then run new media tool, download W10 to thumb drive all over again
Anyone checks older to newest you will see they have diff. version
Download drivers from Motherboard site and Intel / AMD
Do fresh OS offline and don't go online till you happy
Online do windows updates in Update History you should only have 2 Quality updates and 2/3 anti malware / anti virus definitions
You can download the quality updates from MS Catalog and do manually which I rather as it makes sure updates do not fail because of internet dropout or something else
Instance here is the latest cumulative update searched by update KB number in Update History
Make sure you select right update for 64bit ( you see is also Server ARM and 32bit )
If you have more then that see History what they are and try to download them

Doh also I download all in one Visual C++ runtime pack rather then letting individual software doing them as you will end up with multi versions of some
( Lots of apps and games use one or more from the pack and will install their old versions)
