CM&Custom Shaders - Mirrors dark & replay is at night?

Despite daytime race, replay is at night. Also mirrors and shift-lights are dark.

I'm hoping someone on here can help me remember what setting to adjust in CM to clear the above issue. I did it once before and since a format and reinstall I cannot remember and cant find anything on the web. I know it was some slider somewhere dammitt

Skip to the end of replay to have it at right time of day, then go back in replay.
