Cockpit upgrade from Playseat Challenge

Evening All,

I am looking to upgrade from my Playseat Challenge and head in the direction of an 80/20 rig. SimLab GT1 Evo is around £400 to the U.K, I see people do D.I.Y from Motedis.

What is the cost involved to build a similar GT1 equivalent?

It might vary depeding on the trickness and weight of the profiles and the amount of accesories (brackets, legs, etc.) but I would say from 350€ to 450€, taxes and shipping included.

Sounds like I am best of just going for the SimLab GT1 Evo then.

That's a shame because you will miss the fun of designing an building it yourself. Also remember that € ≠ £.
