Colors in Server List

Can someone explained to me what the highlight colors on the server list mean? Here's what I think each means:

No highlight = Good to go
Red = In race; no more new joins
Purple = Don't own the right stuff (car and/or track)

This true? Any help is appreciated.

Yes, but purple only highlights that you don't own the current track in the rotation. Cars aren't checked yet.

I think these are ranked servers where you're not eligible to join due to your rating.
