Content manager crashing on all cars and tracks

Hi guy hoping someone can help
I downloaded the wdt car pack earlier and now no matter what car or track i try to drive on or with it keeps crashin with the driver model probably missing.
Ive deleted the wdt pack and still have the same problem.
