Content server error 20103

Whenever I try to use anything at all that doesn't come free with the game, after about 30 seconds of loading, I get a red bar across the top that says "content server error 20103.'' I got the black Friday deal on Sunday and it was fine for a few hours, but at about 6:00 pm est. it started showing that message. It's been happening for two days now.
