F1 2010 Contract Question

First off, love the game!!!! My question, I am 1st year with Lotus and havent re-signed with them but dont slam them in the press. What i was wondering is at the end of the year will the other teams offer you a contract as long as you meet their reputation requirements, even if they don't like your responses in the press???

They should do i finished my first season rep 13 i think (started with hrt) i got offers from hrt, virgin, torro rosso, sauber was also interested but i need a 15 rep. I did bash the team in the press when i had a bad race lol! and signed with torro rosso for my second season after quali for Abu Dhabi.
