Controls work in set up but not Car

The sim is recognizing my controllers (T500 wheel & CST pedals) and I can set them up and see the indicators move when I turn/press them, but then I hop into a car and nothing.

I've read that cars can have inputs set for individual car only, but I've looked all over and don't see where I would turn that on/off.

Any suggestions?
