Could somebody who skins cars make this for me?

Hi

Could somebody who can skin for SCE

(I don't own the programs and knowledge to do so)

I Tried with some JPG to DDS Converters but those caame with a horrible shine.




So could somebody make this if he/she has some free time ?

This is a Tonykart official steering wheel for OTK karts i know that you can't make the model but i just want the colors and the logo on top of the rim..
