I've read the very well written instructions for updating from older versions to SOL 2.2.2b3 and CSP 1.78p1, and things are working great overall. I also read the SOL Weather Planner instructions (also very well written, thank you Peter!)
But one thing in particular still confuses me; Let's say I just want Heavy Thunderstorms of random intensity. I go in, add 9 Heavy Thunderstorms at 3 minutes each. And it works, but either I'm very unlucky or I not understanding something fundamental, because each of those Thunderstorms will generally be close to the same intensity. For example, I only rarely get much in the way of puddles, but when I look at the settings it would seem to indicate that I should be getting intensity of several types that change every 3 minutes; rain, wetness, puddles etc. But in order to really get (for example) a significant portion of the road 'puddled' I have to go in and manually increase it.
I'm missing something really obvious, aren't I?
