Cpu load

I have problem with ac, in game there is a warning" cpuload < 99%" but when i open task manager I have under 30% with 60 c temp(3900X), and gpu load is under 50%.
Pls help

I guess 30% is the load of all your cores. But the entire physics calculation is done one one core only in AC, which can reach 99% while all other cores are more or less idling.

check the load of every single core with core-temp, sidebardiagnostics or smth else.

So, basically AC is using not all the possible cores? I noticed the same thing also for the GPU.

I could try putting the value of skip steps to 1, since I have it on 0. I'm not sure anyway, because it's the fisrt time it happens so consistently.
The first time I had "CPU occupancy >99%" I solved it by lowering the graphics but I haven't changed my wheel (T-150).

BTW my specs are: i7-8550U @ 1.80 GHz, 1992 MHz, 4 cores, 8 logic processors, NVIDIA Geforce MX150 (2 Gb), 16Gb of RAM. Is there some guide to optimise CM settings for given specs?

Just checked this my [FF_SKIP_STEPS] VALUE = 3.

What is THAT mean? I don't see 3 documented anywhere.

I do occasionally see the CPU 99% messages but not often.
