No offence mate but surf the site a little. This will get you started as it did me click the link -> RD Skinning for beginners

And this link will show you (Pictures) some work I have done since I read that tutorial last Tuesday and knew sod all about skinning Its a good tutorial, not helmets but the same principles and actions involved so just apply it to that, more than you did researching ¬_¬
