CSL Elite on Desk?

So im considering an upgrade form my G29 but wish to kep my current desk setup.
The beauty of the G29 is i cant hook up and remove in 30 seconds, its fantastic.
I play many more gaming genres and like my flight sim gear and G29 i need everything easily setup and removed.
My desk is full steel construction really is a tank of a yoke, for example i had a T300 alcantara setup on GT omega Apex stand for a while but it was a chore to move it and the wheel attached to and from my desk but when i tried the T300 on the desk it was just a solid as the GT Omega.
So im curious if i go the CSL elite route is it easily attached and removed?
We are building on during the summer so i might be able to build a full rig but meanwhile the desk it is.

Hmm so nobody must use a desk.

Yes, there is a clamp you can buy (maybe it comes with it I dont remember) for easy attach/detach. With the lighter stock wheel it comes with you should be fine.

Yeah, I use one on a desk and it is a simple clamp and tightening arm operation. There is some vertical movement within the clamp system itself mind, but you get used to it.

Just to add also, I had one attached to my desk before. Probably wouldve been useful to add that earlier.
