Does anyone know of a good place to buy a PSU for the Clubsport V1?

I dont know for sure, as hasn't happened to me yet.
But do Fanatec themselves have these in stock?
If not I wonder if getting something the same spec and just changing the power commector lead over, if required, would suffice...

I'll have a look at fanatec although im sure I read somewhere that they do not sell these.

Also I've heard it a few times that fanatec does have quite some spare parts but don't sell it separately so people can't build their own stuff from it or something like this...

But if you have a csw you could also just contact their support and ask for a solution. This way they'll help you out for mostly fair prices for parts!
